When you encounter unexpected behavior on the Vista system, there are several sources of help you can turn to. We suggest that you:
- Read the Vista User Guide, and take special note of the "Notices" on the page
- Check the User Updates to see if there are system-wide events or issues you should know about
- Create a quick help ticket on the TACC website
- Create a ticket via the TACC User Portal
