Exercise 4

This is where we find out if it has all been in vain! If you're here, you are fairly comfortable with how to use the functions, but you may not have decided whether it's worth it yet! If you haven't already, instrument the simple pi code with MPI_Wtime to determine if you can detect a reliable difference in total time between the Bcast/Reduce method and the various RMA methods that have been described. Why or why not do you see a difference?
