PerfExplorer
Another tool in the TAU toolkit is PerfExplorer. PerfExplorer stores information about multiple runs in an Apache Derby database. The goal of PerfExplorer is to allow multivariate analysis and optimization of parallel programs. See the current Users Guide for more help on using this tool.
