Lab: DeepONet and Pi-DeepONet
Instructions:
- Start a new TAP session as documented in Lab Setup
- If you have not done so, download the notebooks as instructed in Lab Setup
- Navigate to the
sciml-course/SciMLdirectory, and open03a_deeponet.ipynb - Inside the notebook, under the
Kerneldropdown menu, click onChange Kerneland choosesciml - Now that the notebook is set up to run the new kernel, you can either step through each cell of the notebook one-at-a-time by repeatedly clicking on the
Runbutton near the top, or you can selectRun Allfrom theCelldropdown menu to run through all the cells sequentially - After completing
03a_deeponet.ipynb, open and run the other lab:03b_pideeponet.ipynb.
Tips:
If you are running the notebook and encounter a ModuleNotFoundError error, double check that you have changed the kernel to sciml. If the kernel is changed correctly, it should display sciml on the top right.
