The Globus Web Interface

Once you have created your Globus account(s), you can perform data transfers using the Globus Web Interface. The Globus site describes the transfer process in general terms, while the instructions in this section use the specific example of working with TACC endpoints.
Objectives
After you complete this segment, you should be able to:
- List the web UI elements used to initiate and monitor data transfers
- Demonstrate selecting collections
- Explain the authentication process for using Globus on TACC
- Demonstrate transferring files
- Demonstrate accessing the activity page
